It's very easy, you can request your personal service key through:

Or at any Service Point nationwide and follow the steps described below:
- Fill out the data update form and attach a copy of your ID.
- Deliver the documents to an advisor at the Service Point.
- You will receive your secret key, which for security reasons you must change once you access any of our channels.
