In compliance with Law 1328 of 2009, which establishes regulations in financial, insurance, and securities market matters, and in accordance with section 2.34.2.1.1 of Decree 2555 of 2010, the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro shall maintain a Financial Consumer Ombudsman.
