What is the payment date change?
It is the procedure by which the debtor of a housing credit requests the modification of their payment date.
May I change the payment date?
The Fondo Nacional del Ahorro offers two payment dates: the 5th or the 15th of each month. A change of payment date for housing credits may be requested by completing the form
Please note that:
If you request the change for the 5th of each month, 50 days of interest and insurance will be settled in your next installment.
If you request the change for the 15th of each month, 40 days of interest and insurance will be settled.
The following installments will continue to be monthly.
