Severance pay reporting and contribution
The annual severance pay deposit is made by the private sector employer to cover the amount settled for employees affiliated with FNA. This deposit must be made before February 14 of each year. Natural and legal persons that make up the private sector must make severance pay contributions on an annual basis, in accordance with article 99 of Law 50 of 1990.
