What is a refund?
Employers may request a refund of severance pay contributions when situations such as the following arise:
Surplus in deposits.
Payments that do not correspond to FNA.
Contributions made by sole-proprietor entities when the beneficiary is the owner of the establishment.
Duplicate payments.
Payments that do not apply to the severance pay product.
