Citizen consultation
A participation mechanism designed to gather the opinions, suggestions, or proposals of users and citizens.

What is it?
Citizen consultation is a participation mechanism designed to gather the opinions, suggestions, proposals, comments, and contributions of users, citizens, and stakeholder groups regarding projects, regulations, policies, programs, or procedures undertaken by the entity prior to their formulation or to any decisions being made.

Through your participation, we can prioritize issues of general interest, identify accountability strategies, optimize the entity's plans and programs, and improve procedures and legal provisions. As part of the dialogue process and to ensure citizen participation, the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro provides this space for you to learn about, share your opinions on, and submit proposals concerning the plans, programs, strategies, and regulatory projects that the entity will develop during the current period. For the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro, it is very important to foster citizen participation mechanisms that contribute to the formulation of policies and regulations within its scope. Accordingly, we present to the general public the proposed amendments to our product regulations so that we can hear your comments, suggestions, and observations.
