Credit Description
Once you complete your Voluntary Savings plan and have earned 400 points, you’ll be able to access our lines of credit to purchase a home in Colombia. We finance up to 90% of the purchase price for new and used homes, up to 50% for home improvements, up to 50% for individual home construction, and we purchase your mortgage portfolio.
Please note:
- Loan terms of up to 30 years for loans in UVR.
- Loan terms of up to 20 years for loans in pesos.
- We lend up to 800 SMMLV.

Benefits
We lend for terms of 5 to 30 years for our UVR lines, and 5 to 20 years for our Peso lines.
All our procedures are virtual so you don't need a power of attorney for your credit approval.
You can make partial or total payments on your credit in advance without penalties.
Benefits for young people with FNA Generation.
You can make credit payments from abroad.
Credit application does not require apostille.
Amounts
- The approved loan amount is approximately 800 SMMLV for all Colombian nationals who decide to apply through the FNA.
The amount to be approved will be calculated based on the basic monthly allowance and other permanent income accepted by the Agency, taking into account the applicant’s ability to repay.

Requirements and Documents
- Freelancer with a company
- A photocopy of a Colombian identification document.
- A fully completed housing financing application form, with no corrections or cross-outs (to be completed in Spanish). The amounts listed on the form must be in Colombian pesos.
- A copy of the most recent tax return filed in the country of residence, or a statement referencing or attaching the law indicating that the taxpayer is not required to file a tax return, or a document certifying that the taxpayer is not required to file a tax return in the country of residence.
- A credit history report for the applicant in their country of residence, issued within the 60 days prior to the date the application was filed.
- Certificate of Good Standing for the Company, issued no more than 60 days ago.
- A copy of the contract, certificates, or supporting documents for the income reported in the country of residence.
- Bank statements in the applicant's name for the last three months prior to the loan application date, showing income.
- Self-employed without a company
- A photocopy of the Colombian national ID card.
- A fully completed housing financing application form, with no corrections or cross-outs (to be completed in Spanish). The amounts listed on the form must be in Colombian pesos.
- A copy of the most recent tax return filed in the country of residence, or a statement referencing or attaching the law indicating that the taxpayer is not required to file a tax return, or a document certifying that the taxpayer is not required to file a tax return in the country of residence.
- A credit history report for the applicant in their country of residence, issued within 60 days prior to the date the application was filed.
- A copy of the contract, certificates, or supporting documents for the income reported in the country of residence.
- Bank statements in the applicant's name for the last three months as of the loan application date, showing income.
- Note: The FNA may request additional documentation (specific to the economic activity) that it deems necessary for the analysis of the loan application, in order to make informed decisions regarding credit risk mitigation. To prove their disability status, members must submit a medical certificate issued by a health care provider stating their disability, or their Health Security System membership card, which must include a notation of the disability in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of Law 361 of 1997.
