What is FNA Generation?
An exclusive FNA program that offers special benefits to young people, making it easier to access a mortgage loan or Housing Leasing for the purchase of a new or existing home.
Benefits
Financing of up to 90% of the property's commercial value, with a 10% down payment.
Available for VIP, VIS, and Non-VIS housing.
Amortization system in UVR, with terms ranging from 5 to 30 years, or in Colombian pesos, with terms ranging from 5 to 20 years.
Available to members under 29 years of age who will be under 30 years old at the time of loan disbursement.
Applicable to the purchase of new or existing homes.
Interest rate benefit of 50 basis points below the current posted rate.
Applications may be submitted individually, jointly, or with a non-member co-signer, provided that both applicants meet the established age requirements.
When applying for housing subsidies, the corresponding income-based eligibility conditions will apply.

How to access?
You must be enrolled with the FNA, either through Cesantías or AVC.
Be between 18 and 28 years old. Note: at the time of filing the loan application, 28 years + 364 days.
