Admission, Enrollment and Orientation Process:

Enrollment Process for New Students:

Schedule Registration and Orientation Day for New Students:

Schedule registration: Once enrollment is formalized, the student will register for their schedule on the indicated dates and times. The assignment of campus, schedules and groups will depend on availability and openings.

Orientation day: During the orientation day, the following activities will be carried out:

1. Presentation of the School.

2. Delivery of uniforms and learning materials.

3. Delivery of work knives.

4. Delivery of schedule.

Enrollment Renewal for Continuing Students:

To renew enrollment, the student must be in good standing with respect to all charges from the previous semester.

Before the end of the semester, request the enrollment order according to the calendar.

If there are modules not passed, first register for the vacation course and then request regular enrollment.

Schedule registration will be done once the enrollment order has been paid, on a strict first-come-first-served basis, subject to minimum and maximum openings. The School may close groups with few enrolled students and offer alternatives.

Financing and Scholarships:

The student must indicate the payment method at the time of enrollment.

Direct financing is subject to availability and financial review.

If monthly payment is chosen, a blank promissory note must be signed with a co-signer, or 5 post-dated checks must be delivered.

Checks returned for insufficient funds will be penalized according to the Commercial Code.

Installments must be paid within the first 10 days of the month; payments between the 11th and the 20th will incur a late fee.

If payment is not made within these deadlines, access to classes and exams will be restricted until payments are brought up to date.

Payments by deposit must be reported to Accounting for registration.

Voluntary Withdrawals, Deferrals and Schedule Changes:

Voluntary withdrawal: May be requested before the end of the second week of classes, with a 30% refund of tuition. After this deadline, no refund will be issued.

Deferral: May be requested before the end of the second week, valid for one year. If there is a tuition increase, the difference must be paid.

Readmission: The student will adjust to the curriculum and schedules in effect at the time of their return.

Schedule change: If it reduces the amount paid, the difference will be credited to the next enrollment or to other services, but not in cash.

Scholarship Policy:

Social support: For students of socioeconomic strata 1 and 2, throughout the program if they meet renewal requirements.

Academic performance: For students with excellent performance, for one semester.

Institutional nature: For beneficiaries of current agreements (maximum 3 national agreements), throughout the program if they meet requirements.
