What is the Los + NOTAbles FNA program?
It is a program of institutional excellence at Fondo Nacional del Ahorro, designed to promote the first job for young people by enabling them to complete their professional internships or judicial clerkships in the various areas of the institution. It encourages and contributes to the country's development and to transforming the quality of life of young Colombians.


Detailed program information
The Los + NOTAbles FNA program of institutional excellence will be implemented under the following modality:
1. Paid Judicial Clerkship for Attorneys — Legal Support: Through a service provision contract for guidance, support, coordination of activities, document drafting, review, organization, analysis of regulations, formulation of opinions, and other activities related to the mission or cross-cutting objectives that require it, in accordance with the agreements and provisions that regulate this type of internship at the national level, in compliance with the provisions of Decree 3200 of 1979, modified by Decree 1221 of 1990.
2. Labor Internship: This will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law 1780 of 2016, Resolution 3546 of 2018 of the Ministry of Labor and other related regulations, for guidance, support, coordination of activities, document drafting, review, organization, support in procedural management and other activities related to the mission objectives and administrative workloads of the processes in the mission, support, strategic and support areas of the institution at the national level.
All modalities implemented as part of the program will be paid. The internship must be carried out in person at Fondo Nacional del Ahorro, for the legal term required by each professional career as a requirement to obtain the professional degree, and in any case may not exceed 12 months.

Once the documents required for registration have been submitted, applicants to the Los + NOTAbles FNA program begin the selection process, which consists of:
- Review of compliance with requirements.
- Knowledge test, soft skills assessment and psychometric tests.
- Interview.
Applicants to the "LOS + NOTAbles FNA" program will be scored using the following weighting:
- Academic GPA: 30 %
- Knowledge Test: 25 %
- Soft Skills Assessment: 20 %
- Interview: 15 %
- Psychometric tests: 10 %
Note: An additional 5 % is established for students who meet differential criteria, such as belonging to Indigenous, Afro-Colombian communities, or being young people in a condition of forced displacement, coming from different regions of the country. If you meet any of these criteria, you must attach the corresponding certificate as a registration requirement.

Applicants to the "LOS + NOTAbles FNA" program must submit the following documents for registration:
- Resume
- Certification of the cumulative GPA of the program, issued by the corresponding university, stating that the student meets the academic requirements to complete the labor internship, with a cumulative GPA of 4.0 or 8.0, or their equivalents according to the institution's grading scale.
- Photocopy of the Cédula.
Note: Applications that do not meet the registration requirements will not be able to continue with the process.
- Special fixed-term labor contract.
- Financial support: $2,500,000 COP (two million five hundred thousand pesos), plus social benefits.
- The contract will be performed in the city of Bogotá D.C.
