
What is it?
Financing for the construction of a home on a plot of land, terrace, or concrete slab roof owned by the member and supported by the corresponding building permit. The construction may be carried out with a non-member co-borrower or with a member of the household, as applicable.

Term: From 5 to 30 years in UVR, or up to 20 years in Colombian Pesos.
Required documents: building permit, construction budget, and civil construction contract.
Loan amount: minimum of 25 SMMLV and maximum of 800 SMMLV.
Approval amount: determined based on the applicant’s repayment capacity and the construction budget.
Disbursement amount: equivalent to 70% of the lower value between the commercial appraisal value and the approved loan amount.
No more than six months may elapse between the first disbursement and the submission of the request for the second disbursement.
The second disbursement is made once the appraisal confirms construction progress in line with the first disbursement and, where applicable, the client's proportional contribution.
Up to three appraisals may be conducted. After the first or second disbursement, FNA may require an expert completion report to verify that the disbursed funds have been used for the intended construction investment.
Does not apply to the purchase of a lot.
