Home improvement is a process aimed at enhancing the living conditions of households with specific needs. This process may include remodeling works, repairs, expansions, adaptations, modifications, and structural reinforcements, in order to make homes safer, healthier, and more comfortable.

Features
Amount from 7 to 800 SMMLV, depending on payment capacity and the works budget.
Financing of up to 70% of the property's commercial appraisal.
Term of 5 to 20 years, in UVR or pesos.
Granted on properties on which a mortgage encumbrance is constituted or where a current mortgage already exists.
Remodeling or repairs: one (1) single disbursement. Improvements (expansion, modification, or structural reinforcement): up to two (2) disbursements of 50% each.
For remodeling, the works budget is required. For improvements, the construction permit, budget, and works schedule are required.
Title to the property in the name of the member or jointly with members of their household.
For improvements, the builder or the person responsible for the loan must register and update the Declaration of Construction with the ORIP.
