To request term reduction or change of line from UVR to Pesos
This is a process corresponding to the modification of the initially granted conditions related to a change in the amortization system or a reduction of the term. For this purpose, the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro has established two phases: in phase 1, the request is received and the feasibility analysis is carried out based on current payment capacity; in phase 2, the change is formalized and applied in the system.
Requirements
You may only carry out this procedure under the following options:
UVR to Pesos
UVR to UVR (Does not apply to Leasing Habitacional)
Pesos to Pesos
Pesos to UVR (Does not apply to Leasing Habitacional)
Your obligation must not be more than 30 days in arrears at the time of the payment capacity study, and you must be up to date at the time of application. Does not apply to charged-off or restructured loans.
If your obligation is under legal collection, you must submit a release of fees for the collection process.
Does not apply to obligations that are settled under an amortization system not approved by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.
If your obligation has two debtors, both must attach the required documentation in accordance with their current economic activity. Likewise, both debtors must complete and sign the form FC-ANC-FO-055 (REQUEST FOR MODIFICATION OF INITIAL LOAN CONDITIONS PHASE I).
Documentation for residents in Colombia:
If you are an employee: Employment certification no older than 30 days stating your total monthly income.
If you are a service provider: Current services contract that allows your monthly payment to be identified, or employment certification stating your total monthly income, and bank statements or bank transactions from the last 3 months reflecting your income.
If you are a retiree: Pension pay stubs for the last month (one if payment is monthly, or two if bi-weekly).
If you are self-employed with monthly income greater than 2 SMMLV: You must complete sections 1.3 and 1.4, and 2.3 and 2.4 in the case of two debtors, of the form FC-ANC-FO-055 (REQUEST FOR MODIFICATION OF INITIAL LOAN CONDITIONS PHASE I) . You must attach bank statements or digital wallet records in the applicant's name from the last three months reflecting income. Commercial references.
If you are self-employed with monthly income lower than 2 SMMLV: Bank statements or digital wallet records in the applicant's name from the last three months are optional; sections 1.3, 1.4, 2.3, and 2.4 of the form must be completed FC-ANC-FO-055 (REQUEST FOR MODIFICATION OF INITIAL LOAN CONDITIONS PHASE I). Commercial references.
If you have income from property rentals: You must attach a copy of the rental agreement or certification from the real estate agency, and bank statements or transactions from the last three (3) months reflecting the income.
Documentation for residents abroad:
If you are an employee: Employment certification no older than 30 days stating your total monthly income.
If you are a retiree: Pension pay stubs for the last month (one if payment is monthly, or two if bi-weekly).
If you are self-employed with a company: You must attach a certificate of existence of the company no older than 60 days, copies of contracts, certifications, or supporting documents for the income reported in the country of residence, and bank statements in the debtor's name from the last three months prior to the date of submission of the request reflecting the income.
Self-employed without a company: You must attach copies of contracts, certifications, or supporting documents for the income reported in the country of residence, and bank statements in the debtor's name from the last three months prior to the date of submission of the request reflecting the income.
Credit report: Credit behavior report for the debtor(s) in the country of residence, issued within 60 days prior to the date of submission of the request.
Debtors with undefined immigration status must maintain the same joint debtor of Colombian nationality and resident in Colombia, as presented in the initial application.
