Housing Family Subsidy - Family Compensation Funds
In order to guarantee the right to housing, the State has developed a policy aligned with the specific socioeconomic conditions of beneficiary households, ensuring equal access to the Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda for all types of households, including single-person households. The amount of the Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda (SFV) granted by the family compensation funds, charged to parafiscal resources, is determined according to the household's income level (in SMMLV) as set forth below:
1. Acquisition of new housing — the SFV amount may not exceed the value defined in the following table:
| Household income in SMLMV* | SFV value in SMLMV* | |
|---|---|---|
| Since | Until | |
| 0 SMLV | 2 | 30 |
| 2 | 4 | 20 |

- Urban Housing: Up to 19 SMMLV*.
- Rural Housing: up to 70 SMMLV*.

- Urban Housing: up to 18 SMMLV*.
- Rural Housing: up to 22 SMMLV*.
