FNA Activates Its Mobile Service Unit in Areas Affected by the Earthquake in Southwestern Colombia

• The National Savings Fund (FNA) will once again deploy its Mobile Service Unit, which will travel through municipalities affected by the earthquake in the Coffee Region and southwestern Colombia from August 14 to September 28.
• This initiative will allow members to process their insurance-related requests in person without having to travel to a fixed service point.

Bogotá, D.C., Friday, August 14, 2026. The National Savings Fund (FNA) announced the launch of a mobile service unit aimed at communities in these regions, with the goal of bringing its services closer to citizens and expediting assistance for members.

The initiative seeks to help members whose homes have been affected resolve inquiries, submit documents, and advance their claims without having to travel to regular offices, especially in areas where mobility has been impacted by the emergency.

During each stop, an FNA team will provide personalized guidance on available insurance coverage, deadlines for notification and formal claims with the insurer, and the documentation required to move forward with the process.

This action complements other support measures already announced by the Fund, including insurance coverage with a rental subsidy and adjustments to loan repayment conditions.

Mobile Service Unit Route: Cities

The Mobile Service Unit will begin its tour in Armenia on August 14, 15, and 18, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at Sucre Park, Carrera 14.

The route will then continue through Calarcá, La Tebaida, Montenegro, Circasia, Manizales, Villamaría, Chinchiná, Santa Rosa de Cabal, Dosquebradas, Pereira, Cartago, Buga, Candelaria, Jamundí, Cali, and Yumbo.
