FNA Announces Closures Due to Earthquake in Colombia
The FNA announces the temporary closure of some service points due to earthquake-related impacts, prioritizing the safety of users and employees.

The Fondo Nacional del Ahorro (National Savings Fund) wishes to inform the public that:
In light of the current situation affecting the country due to the impacts caused by the recent natural disaster, the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro (FNA) informs citizens that, as a preventive measure and prioritizing the safety of users and employees, some service points will be temporarily closed.
This decision responds to the current conditions of infrastructure, mobility, and public service availability in several regions, as well as the need to conduct technical assessments to ensure safe customer service.
Temporary Closure of Service Points:
- Cali
- Pereira
- Armenia
- Manizales
- Quibdó
- Tumaco
- Ipiales
- Tuluá
- Cartago
FNA is working in coordination with local authorities and relevant agencies to monitor the situation and restore in-person services as soon as possible, once appropriate conditions are in place.
